work force. They are NOT Specific Posted Vacancies (SPVs).

contain openings for Associates in Specific Job Titles. In order
to apply for one of the openings you must be:
IN
THE FIELD TECHNICIAN or a TTA POSITION DOING THE FIELD TECHNICIAN FUNCTION
IN MANHATTAN and/or BROOKLYN

apply for a Special Posting Position and do not withdraw prior to 5pm,
December 8, 2003, you may not refuse.
Placements
Positions
will be filled by seniority with volunteers from the Field Technician or
TTA Title doing the Field Technician function Title in Manhattan and/or
Brooklyn up to the number of positions that are currently overstaffed in
each of these boroughs.
